Sikkim Milk Mitra app is a Free app. This Service is provided by the Sikkim Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (SCMPUL) at no cost and is intended for use by the registered commission agents.
When the agents use Sikkim Milk Mitra App, some transactional information and details related to business are collected from the agent’s end. Additionally, the agent’s business information is also collected.
We are committed to protecting the security of this information and safeguarding data privacy. This policy sets out the details about payment, information collected, the manner in which it is collected,
by whom it is collected and the purpose for which it is utilized. When you install the app, you accept the terms of this Policy and use of the App signifies your continued acceptance thereof.
If agents choose to deploy the Sikkim Milk Mitra app, then you agree to the ordering, collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect is used for
identifying the users and improving the service. We will not use or share agent’s information with third party except as described in this Policy. However, we shall be entitled to use the data
for statistical purpose and business deployment and for sharing with Government/other business partner with whom SCMPUL has business relation.
Sikkim Milk Mitra app provides an interface for all registered agents to place orders relating to products from SCMPUL and when doing so the information collected from you will be stored securely on a cloud server. To ensure that the registered agents provide SCMPUL with verifiable details which can be authenticated while registering and after successful verification from the marketing section, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number used for registration with the login credentials. The login credentials will thereafter be used to identify the agents for availing of the services. On doing so, the consent to disclose their information to the service provider is implied thereof, being transactional information.
This online payment system is provided by SCMPUL may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for the Sikkim Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd is India.

All prices, cost, fees., etc., quoted are in Indian Rupees. SCMUPL reserves the right to change the it at any time.
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to all agents that make a purchase at Sikkim Milk Union Mitra App. This implies to Milk and Milk products from SCMPUL.
There are no specific shipping options. Products will be delivered as per the shipping mechanism through road transport facility available at SCMPUL and at present the SCMUPL do not charge any separate amount for shipping/delivery to consumers.
All orders placed before 01:00 PM shall be processed and dispatched the next day, post 01:00 PM, Agents will not be able to place an order from the App. This is to ensure that the orders are aligned with the availability of stock with SCMPUL.
Please note that SCMUPL will ship/deliver its products to the address mentioned in the Consumer profile only through the prevailing route delivery arrangements.

While every effort shall be made for ensuring supplies in a timely manner, SCMPUL shall not be liable for any manner for non-extension of the order due to force majeure circumstances including but not limited to public health emergencies, road blocks and natural calamities., etc.,
** Please Note that Sikkim Milk Union products are largely perishable products having defined and limited shelf life, therefore the policy with regards to timings, distribution/shipping, and transportation may change as per the SCMPUL Management’s discretion which will be communicated to the consumers accordingly**. The agents shall store the products as per the storage conditions specified in the products and as per the information communicated to them. Any loss arising due to failure of the agents in adhering to the directions and conditions shall be vested with the agents and SCMPUL shall not be responsible.Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions: For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: Application means the App provided by the Sikkim Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd downloaded by Agents on any electronic device, named Sikkim Milk Mitra App (referred to as either the Company, We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to the Sikkim Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd, 5th Mile Tadong Gangtok Sikkim 737102. Goods refer to the products available for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by the registered agent to purchase Goods from SCMUPL. Service refers to the Application.
Agents can cancel their orders in the following manner:
Refund: From the total value of the Order, 75% will be credited back to the respective Agent’s digital wallet for future orders and 25% will be debited by SCMPUL as a cancellation fee.
Leakage: Any leakage identified in milk packets while delivering, 100% of the leakage value will be reimbursed to the respective Agent’s wallet for future orders. For which, SCMPUL Management shall be convinced of the reason that it is due to management/technical issues of SCMPUL. For other forms of cancellation and returns agents are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to SCMPUL.
